At Sparkes Bonnet, we’re committed to getting that island heat from our kitchen to your table—fast, fresh, and reliable. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship your flavor.
Shipping Regions
We currently ship within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. International shipping coming soon—stay tuned!
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
During high-volume periods (e.g. holidays, promotions, or restocks), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and delivery location. We offer:

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to:

Shipping Heat-Sensitive Products
Our sauces are shelf-stable but should be refrigerated after opening. We do not currently offer insulated or refrigerated shipping. During extreme heat conditions, we recommend expedited shipping for maximum freshness.
Local Events & Pop-Ups
For local pickup at events or markets, select Local Pickup at checkout (when available). You’ll be notified when your order is ready.
