Sparkes Bonnet Peppa Sauce Refund & Return Policy

We stand behind the flavor and quality of our sauces. However, due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any opened or used items. Please review our full policy below:

Returns & Exchanges

Because Sparkes Bonnet Peppa Sauce is a perishable food product, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on sauces once they have been shipped, whether opened or unopened.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@sparkesbonnet.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Shipping Issues or Damages

If your item was damaged in transit or you received the wrong product, we’re here to make it right. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to retain all packaging and take photos to assist with claims.

Exceptions

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Orders reported more than 7 days after delivery

  • Customer error (e.g. incorrect shipping address, flavor selection, etc.)

  • Products left unrefrigerated after opening

  • Items purchased from a third-party retailer (please contact them directly)

Refunds

If a refund is approved for a damaged or incorrect item, it will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Refund processing times may vary based on your financial institution.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, provided the item is unopened and unused in its original sealed packaging. You must email us first to begin the process.
